I am a diversity and inclusion professional and a sociologist with a passion for making positive change in the world. My work is focused on helping organizations build more equitable and inclusive environments where everyone feels valued and respected.

As a sociologist, I have studied the ways in which systems of power and privilege shape our social identities and experiences. This background informs my approach to diversity and inclusion work, which is grounded in a deep understanding of the complexities of identity and the ways in which social structures can create barriers to inclusion.

I have worked with a wide range of organizations, from small startups to large corporations, to develop and implement strategies for building more inclusive workplaces. My areas of expertise include training and education, policy development, and organizational culture change.
